I really want to keep my loved one at home. I started off by hiring private caregivers to help. That ended up being an additional stress on top of an already stressful situation. Care co has been great with finding quality caregivers that meet our families specific needs. Highly recommend!

My Dad is 93 years old and he and my mom want to live in their house together. He had a memory issue and mobility limits CareCo was amazing very professional company with a caring staff. The director and her care team came out to the house to evaluate my Dad needs and arranged help and care for him so he is able to stay in his home with his wife. I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could.He is receiving excellent care with compassion. Shout out to an excellent team.

CareCo has been really good with my 91 year old dad. A lot of the people have medical training and can know when to alert the hospice folks of issues that may come up. The admin folks have been responsive and quick to provide services as needed.

Our experience with Care Co. has been phenomenal! Wade and Frances, our parents caregivers, were amazing, kind and loving towards our parents. Each time my sister and I dealt with them they were both incredibly professional and caring! I HIGHLY recommend Care Co for any of your personal caregiver needs as from the director Janell to the care givers our experience was incredibly positive and helpful! The professionalism was spot on!

CareCo is truly a phenomenal home-health aid company, and one of the few companies that offers nighttime scheduling. From our first meeting, Janell assessed my dad’s needs and quickly started night time care for my dad. Janell is a quick communicator, and there is always a member of her team to answer a call, 24/7. Janell ensures that each assigned caregiver arrives on time, and she communicates in advance with her caregivers about any changes before the caregiver walks in the door. We have three main caregivers, and all are exceptional and provide thoughtful and compassionate care. Mia, has helped assess my dad’s unique medical situation, and she provides timely recommendations for my dad’s care. Jacky offers suggestions for household chores, and she decorated the house to bring in the holiday spirit. Lorena has a kind and helpful demeanor that ensures that my dad maintains his independence. When my dad needed extra time for his care, all of the caregivers volunteered to extend their shift or come in early. Their flexibility helps me manage my dad’s care. I am so thankful that I made the decision to hire CareCo.
