I like this center the CNA's are great and the nurses are as well. The traveling nurses on the other hand suck. They don't like giving the medication like they are supposed to. But the center is really clean and the staff is really amazing. My husband and I would recommend anyone the the center. This is his second time there.

A rating of one star is way too high. There was not a rating for -20. My mother was in this facility for rehab after hip surgery. She had dementia and a UTI. In her confusion and fear, they over medicated her with Haldol injection. The result was pneumonia and hospital stay. My dad visited daily and witnessed residents sitting in dining room for hours waiting on cold meals. They gave word at 4:30 on a Friday that she was being discharged the next Tuesday. She was not ready to return home. There was no offer to assist with appropriate placement. On discharge day, they left her sitting confused at front door to wait for our arrival. The receiving facility we found was given list of medication incorrectly recorded; she became overmedicated again and had to be sent back for rehab care. We were referred to a different rehab that got her stabilized and walking again so she could return home. Anyone placed here should be checked on by family and friends every day to advocate for their safety. I would not recommend for anyone that is not able to advocate for their own safety. If there are multiple medical concerns, expect neglect.

I just recently spent 6 weeks at the rehab center for both therapy and medication monitoring. My personal experience there was absolutley outstanding. Each department made sure that my stay was both safe and productive. Both Occupational and Physical theraphy went above and beyond working with me and helping me on my journey to the road to wellness. The nursing staff took great care of me on the medical end, ensuring all my needs were met, from medicene to hygiene. I've stayed in nice hotels and ate in 99% or higher rated resturants that were not kept as clean as the entire Center is kept. So a big shout out to both housekeeping and nutrition. Also on the kitchen side, they worked as much as posible on any special request I had, and special dietary needs I had. I had the chance to interact several times with Maintenance and any issues I came across they were on it. And of course I have to mention the Admin. staff. From my 1st day of being admitted to my last day of discharge, everything went smoothly. There were always great activites available to the residents to join and enjoy. Any doctors appointments I needed were made and transportation provided. One of the big things that Admin. was a huge help with was jumping through insurance hoops so I did not have to handle. All of the folks at the Center made what was a difficult time for my family and myself very tolerable and mostly pleasent while I was recovering to return home. I do not have enough words to express my absolute gratitude to the entire staff, and especially to the ones that worked one-on-one with me. Thank all of you for helping me get my life back on track.

My father was here for only 2 weeks before he timed out on insurance but I absolutely loved this place. 100 times better than the rehab facility that he was in a few months before. Very clean! People are nice and friendly. Food was good too. He actually received hot meals in his room. Physical therapy not only worked with his ability to walk but with normal everyday tasks that the last rehab place didn't bother with. I hate he timed out on insurance because in the 2 weeks he was here he progressed so much better and faster than the 6 weeks he spent at the first rehab place. Carolina rehab treated my dad and even my mom as valued people and not like an obstacle as they do their rounds. Not sure really how to describe it correctly but I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. No place is perfect, I know but I was really impressed with this facility.
