They are the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. My eight-year-old grandson needed a scooter because he is in a boot non weight bearing on his foot for at least two weeks. My daughter went to the store and they charged me $120 for a month rental.. she came back the next day to bring back the scooter because it wasn’t the correct size for him. It was leas than 24 hours that she had it and they refused to give me a refund.. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Nicest lady on earth helped us get our mom's bed delivered in very short notice. She went above and beyond to makenit happen, which shows there's still some humanity in the world. Seemed to me a few of the other places in town felt more like they were doing me a favor when I called!

The customer service on the call was night and day. The lady was so professional so kind and so compassionate. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions in a kind manner. I called another company before I call this one and the other company was extremely rude. Because of the exceptional customer service that this company gave me, I will drive across town to do my business with this company.

Found myself suddenly in need of a wheelchair, shower transfer bench and several other things I never about - much less what to buy. These folks were great. The lady in the afternoon was so helpful. Kind. Honest. They had everything and with great prices. Had a tough time finding this type of equipment online. Hope Google starts letting this business show up in searches. Problem solved with confidence.
