The staff at Candlewood Rehab Center were extremely professional and caring during my mother’s extended stay at their facility. My family and I are very pleased and grateful for their help while she was in their care and subsequent follow up after she came home.

My grandmother was at Candlewood many years ago and my Dad chose this facility for rehabilitation after being diagnosed with lymphoma. Every staff member that I came into contact with was kind and helpful! I highly recommend them!!

I paid for my father to receive a haircut and beard trim. I filled out the form requesting this service and left payment with front desk. My father never received service. When I went to retrieve his belongings as he died there I asked if I could get a refund as he never got a haircut. The manager was very abrupt asking did I have a receipt. Why would I make that up? It's not really about the money it's about the callous demeanor of this staff member.

As a family member visiting I was very impressed with the friendliness/warmth of the staff of the B unit. Our loved one seemed to be well taken care of and it is much appreciated.

Visiting my brother today with his family and mine, the facility is very clean and I love the fact that we are able to visit for a few hrs in the visitor’s lounge and the staff is very supportive and friendly. I was able to feed him his dinner which he enjoyed .
