Cambridge House is by far the best supported living facility in the area. Kind compassionate staff, a director who knows how important our loved ones are to us, and meals that rival a restaurant. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their loved one.

I cannot range enough admit how wonderful and accommodating they have been with getting my mom home to her apartment she never set for in until tonight. Lee and Lisa have been absolutely amazing!! We greatly appreciate all their help, understanding and care about our mom.

Cambridge House of Swansea feels like a warm cozy blanket with a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. They have the best team work between all departments. The staff cares about every single resident. It is a great place to live!

My father was there for 2 1/2 years. All seemed fine at first, but dad started having problems and I think some saw him as an aggravation. He was a cash customer and I had concerns he needed to move on but no one agreed. When I would go his kitchen area was never clean, even after housekeeping. He eventually fell and hit his head leaving a big blood stain. He was hospitalized. He to.d me he tried to clean the mess up and when I went to get him some clothes I found his bloodied shirt thrown in the shower, dried and crumbly and was told they couldn’t really clean the carpet. I guess he was going to have to live with a blood stain if he returned, which he did not. It’s been almost 5 years since this happened and I am still receiving notices about his cable account. I even get texted to let me know when repairs are to be made for that apartment. After repeated calls with Spectrum and a few to Cambridge, no one seems to get his or my name off that room. It is a lovely facility with so,e nice workers, but I did I not feel there was concern for a resident that needed help or needed to be to.d he was past the purpose of that place.
