Finding the right place for my mom was one of the most important decisions I have made, and we are so grateful we found this community.<br><br>From the very beginning, the CHO Team made us feel welcome and supported. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents—they treat them with kindness, dignity, and respect.<br><br>The environment is clean and comfortable. There are activities and opportunities for residents to stay engaged and social, which is important to me that she is interacting with others.<br><br>Communication with the team has also been excellent. Any time I have questions or concerns, they are responsive and helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is in compassionate hands.<br><br>Most importantly, my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for—and that means everything to me. I went on a tour of Cambridge House in O'fallon, IL. The place is amazing and all the needs and then more are taken care of for our loved ones. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Jasmine, Michelle, and Kelly worked with me to address all my mom's needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend this community living to everyone. This place is special.

You claim to be Independent Living but online it says Assisted Living. So which one are you? Our dad is having memory issues and I've asked countless times to remind him to change his clothes and have talked to the head nurse about him having a reminder to change his clothes and still you have not enforced it with him. I don't know what else to do.
