We have 2 exceptional care givers for my dad. Joe is there 5 days a week for daytime schedule. He is so very caring and attentive to my dad. He also keeps the family informed by leaving very good notes for us. The other person is Elisha. She is generally there 5 nights a week shifts a week. Again a very caring person and very attentive to my dad. She also leaves us great notes for us to see how his night went. I feel both make my dad feel very comfortable when they are around. We also have Patty who is only there one night shift a week is very caring with my dad and again great with keeping family informed with their notes.

The work that I have done with Home Instead has been an amazing experience. I have been able to utilize their services for many patients that needed more assistance when transitioning back out of rehab. The team at home instead make it easy and seem less to transition patients and that ultimately is what makes the patient successful in staying in their home. I could never be more happy when a patient agrees to use their services as I know the discharge plan is going to be wonderful.
