My father had to go here for a week and it is horrendous. It is gross, dirty, you cannot reach anyone by phone. They do not call and update you On anything important. It’s like a prison. The staff is pretty nice. I would never recommend this to anyone.

The whole building is very clean. The staff knows how to take care of residents. They answer their phones. A very good place to put your family member in!

Horrible center to leave a love one in. I have been here for 2 days so far and have had more issues with the cna then I can stand, If they don't understand what there job is or they don't like it find a new one , but please don't take it out on the patients. They need watch what they say around them as well. As far as the Nurses and admin so far that has been ok. Also they need to work better with the hospitals when patients are beeing transfered to them by making sure they have the needed equipment before saying they are ready to take them. Update still having issues with a few CNAs but for the most part the the staff is getting better after being here for a month. But be warned you have to constantly complain to admin and stay on them or nothing will get done. So don't think you can just drop your love one off an it will be all good, because it will not. You will have to be here every day and keep on admin to correct the issues.

I want to share my experience with Briea of Belleville Nursing Home, because I wish someone had warned our family. I do not wish this place deserving a star at all. In our experience, communication was extremely poor. My mother was found non-responsive around 9:00 a.m. and was sent to the hospital — and our family was never notified. We only learned about it later. Even more concerning, she didn’t arrive at the hospital until around 1:30 p.m. That delay has left us with many unanswered questions. Cracks in the walls outlets missing, double up the rooms 2 people in 1 small room having to share. When we tried to get information, staff were often rude and dismissive. Many times walking the halls, staff were on their phones instead of attending to residents. It felt like an “easy paycheck” environment rather than a place of care and compassion. What you see online is not what you see in person. The photos and image they present do not reflect the reality we experienced. If you are considering this facility for a loved one, please find another one and if you must ask hard questions, visit in person, and stay vigilant. Our family deserved better — and so did my mother.

Don't go there you will be neglected and the CNA's are always on their phones texting whoever and neglecting patients, I may go to iCare when I leave here. Going to my ombudsman and they will close this place down.a current resident I missed breakfast they were supposed to bring me frosted flakes, well it's lunchtime now I guess I have to suffer guess they don't care. Melissa is awesome.

They just came and told me I had an appointment but nobody told me and they said they would have time to cancel my appointment WELL yeah I am not going somebody dropped the ball cancel it
I am sick of being treated like no body I asked for a drink for lunch the CNA turned off the light and left the room.
Don't get sick and get an ambulance ride cause they don't offer rides in the wee hours of the morning it if 4:30 and have to wait for a ride because transportation is not available yet if it was I was released but needed someone to pick me up I am done with this place. Meals are never right the kitchen staff never Reads the ticket but they want $1000 plus a month out of me and they can't even do that right, they need to fire the whole kicked staff and care about their residents. I know it doesn't matter matter but the admin hires her son it's unethical to hire family and they have to inspect all packages I feel like I am in a prison if I have anything illegal it won't come from Walmart it's an invasion of privacy?
