Horrible ,place for family members, no hot water, toilet stopped up, cold food.. dirty.. blood on covers ,no cleaning.. this place needs to shut down

Just had my dad transferred here for rehab and came to visit the next day. We literally had to break him out. He was in urine stained sheets, no blanket and freezing, we were warned by several employees to not leave him there for the night and they gave us the door code. His “bed” was a thin mattress on a metal cot with no other furniture in the room. No one could tell us if he had his medicine, what medicines he was on, or why he was there. The whole place smelled like feces. His wallet and clothing are all missing and they won’t return a call or hardly even answer the phone to let me know where it might be. Make one phone call here and you will see how utterly unprofessional this place is. It was literally like something out of a horror film. Don’t send a loved one here.

The nurses are all incompetent and don’t know what they are doing!! I was there for about a month and they knew I had an ielostomy bag a week before I got there and in the month that I was there , for physical therapy only never received therapy and ielostomy bags were never ordered for me !! I am reporting you to the state and Medicare fraud for services which I’m sure I was billed for but never received!! One night at 10pm my ielostomy bag leaked and I went up to the nurses station and told them that I needed a new bag and was told they didn’t have any so they proceeded to tape the leaking bag of my feces to my stomach and then shove washcloths down the front of my shorts and I sat in my own feces until about 1pm the next day when another patient who had an ielostomy came in and saved me. I was lucky to get 1 meal a day and my meds maybe once a day when I should have them twice a day the next day the head nurse came in and talked to me and all she did was brush it under the rug . This is the worst facility to put your loved ones into they are strictly a psych ward and nothing else, I am seeking a lawyer to sue
