Originally the Bungalows was a 5 star top notch place. You can see my original review below.<br><br>Since that review the place changed names multiple times over a short period of time and drove many of the original management to seek employment at a different facility. The trend continued and the place get getting worse and worse. I don't feel my father was cared for very well after cleaning up his room and moving him out. The room was not clean. The shower had house flies in there and smelled. His room always smelled. Have no idea if sheets were ever changed. I say that because his mattress through the mattress looked like someone was murdered on it. Not sure why they would never say anything or try to clean the cover. My father uses a CPAP which requires water. I provide him with 1 gallon plastic jugs of distilled water, So to open them, you pull that little piece of plastic so it separate the cap from the bottle. I found at least 7 of those just thrown on his floor. He's incapable of doing that, so it was the staff. Just throwing garbage on the floor. When I say 7, that means at least 4 months worth, which means his bedroom was never cleaned/vacuumed for months. Or, they just did a terrible job and half assed it. Pillows had blood on them, nobody attempted to clean them or notify me to replace them. And at the end of the day the staff seemed quite disinterested in working with my father and his family to find solutions. He's been out for 2 days now and we couldn't be any happier that he landed at The Charlotte.<br><br>Old Review:<br>We moved my father from a top notch very pricey facility in NJ to The Bungalows. Not only is it a fraction of the cost, but we have seen much greater value. The staff genuinely care about their jobs and the residents and we are thankful that we were able to get my father in there. All the staff, especially Becca B, go out of their way to ensure dad is doing his best.
