I find it concerning all the employees gave this facility 5 star reviews. If you look, not one 5 star review made in the last month has any comments on it. And i know for sure the employee left these 5 stars based off of the names and pictures. I wonder if they were at least compensated for their "star" reviews?

If you look at the real review from Ron, who is a first person perspective as the life of a resident, there you will see where the truth really lies.

Saber Heath should not be allowed to cash in on the neglect of elderly human beings. There is something seriously wrong with our healthcare system and people need to open their eyes and see what is happening.

If they properly trained and paid the staff maybe that would help.
If they designated proper nurse/dr ratios to patients it would be a start in the right direction. Or at least had a dr on staff who knew anything about the care of elderly humans with physical and mental disabilities.
Saber Health will continue to look at the residence as a medicare cash in. Until that changes this place will remain the same.

I am leaving a deserved one star. This place need nothing more. The admin should also take training courses on the tone of sympathy and empathy. They are COLD and NON CONCERNED.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to everyone at this rehabilitation and extended care center. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire staff is amazing.

I would especially like to recognize the Administrator Michelle and the Director of Nursing Kathryn for their outstanding leadership and dedication. They have created an environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Their commitment to providing high-quality care is evident in the way the staff works together and attends to each resident’s needs.
