My father was there the end of June for several weeks. My father was there for several days before they asked me to sign paperwork which should have been done on day one. There is lack of communication. I had no idea what door to even go in. You smell urine as soon as you walk in the door. No pen to sign in. I asked for one and they said they did not have one. Several aides were not friendly. I was often ignored as I literally stood two feet away from them. They were often on their phones. I told them NOT to wash his clothes that I would do it. They did not listen and many of his clothes were missing on discharge. They kept saying he went to a lot of activities however he was always in his room. There was one male that was new that was friendly and nice to my dad. All other staff was rude. They said they gave him his medication but the bottle was full at discharge. Please do not believe the rating on the medicare website about this place. My father has been to 5 SNF in the past few years and this has been the worst. No communication from day one. I wanted my father discharged sooner and they always had a reason the keep him, the weekend, waiting to evaluate him, a holiday. I was told that I would get an updates and no one ever called. I was told by someone that the woman in charge was on leave. Paramedics, nurses that have later seen his discharge paperwork also say this is not a good place. In the end I think they just wanted the money. Please do not send your loved one here.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Place is horrible, smells of urine, patients stacked in the hallways. Nursing staff is rude. Forges medical records, doesn't care for patients properly.
My Mom went in for simple Physical Therapy and left out of there is a Hypoglycemic Coma with Brain damage. Didn't call the ambulance when her sugar was in the 40's claims they administered glucagon but not record of them checking her sugar again within the standard 45 minutes until THREE hours later when it was STILL in the 40's they decided to call 911. When I spoke to the nurse she said "All of her vitals were good when the first time I checked on her" yet when I received her medical records they were indeed NOT good - her Oxygen level was 87% and her respirations were high. DUE TO FORGED medical records we were unable to sue!!!, i.e My Mom was sent to the hospital at 4:45 am yet they have a Blood sugar reading on her for the same day at 7:30 am....How is that possible when she was already at the hospital unresponsive in a coma and fighting for her life???
SEND YOUR LOVED ONE'S SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I wrote a review already that was erased!! If you want your loved one to be around DO NOT SEND THEM HERE, they killed my dad with refusal of calling an ambulance after he contacted Covid my mom had to beg them and finally threatened them before they even called. Place is disgustingly dirty smells like pee. Went to see my dad there was 2 patients literally hanging off the beds and no one did a thing. All they want to do is shove medicine down patients throat so they go to sleep living them sit in their waste if needing to be changed. I hope you get shut down there is no way this is legal!!!

Pee smell was the first thing I noticed. My husband is in for walking after a hospital stay. He isn’t getting the proper therapy he needs. He is constantly trying to find ways to get help but all he is getting from asking is “in a few minutes “ . He’s just frustrated and feels ignored. I never got the phone calls from his nurse or they are never available. I feel like he’s just staying so you can get paid. I had hip/femur surgery and I was able to do more than he can without having surgery. The state should be told about it. I have a broken knee and can’t get to visit. I’m a retired nurse and I’m mad about the lazy staff who yes him.
Only after I recently got in touch with the nurse that she did walk with him for a few minutes. She earlier said that he is walking to the bathroom and that was him walking instead of using a urinal. Come on that is not a professional, caring person who can say anything like that. If I could have checked out your place I wouldn’t have agreed to his placement there from the hospital. I am disappointed that he calls me and gives me a hard time because he’s ignored. Therapy is so important for him. I hope that you can get a better therapist that actually cares. I really expected better of this situation. I think it’s all about the money. Medicare is being told after I receive the survey. I’m sure they would like to know that empathy is not part of your program.

If it weren't for this facility's neglect and blatant disrespect for my loved one, my grandmother would still be alive and with us today. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!
