Brooklyn United Methodist Church Home is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, New York, providing 24-hour skilled care to elderly, debilitated, and chronically ill patients. Originally founded by Methodist Church members in the 19th century, the facility moved to its current modern, four-story building in 1976 and transitioned to a skilled nursing model, welcoming all people regardless of religious preference, race, sex, age, handicaps, national origin, or source of payment.
