I would not recommend Brookdale Senior Living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one. From my experience, the level of care provided to residents is deeply concerning. There does not appear to be enough staff to properly support the number of residents, which results in some individuals receiving minimal care—or at times, no care at all.<br><br>I have personally observed staff members sitting on their phones instead of attending to residents, and there have been instances where no staff were visible or available when needed. This creates an environment where residents’ basic needs may not be met in a timely or compassionate manner.<br><br>Placing a loved one in a facility should come with peace of mind, knowing they are safe, supported, and cared for. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.<br><br>I strongly advise others to carefully consider alternative options before placing a loved one at any Brookdale location.
