About Brookdale Trillium Crossing

Exceptional Senior Living

You deserve to have a life packed with a lot more living. At Brookdale Trillium Crossing you’ll trade the hassle of homeownership for days filled with interesting things to do. You’ll trade household chores for a community full of interesting people to do them with. And you’ll do it all in a carefully designed and exquisitely decorated setting, perfect for living a new life of redefined independence.

Whether you're looking for exceptional independent living or assisted living services, you’ll find it here, just off of Interstate 270, a short drive from downtown Columbus, but far from the hustle and bustle of city life. You’ll have easy access to a wide range of shopping and dining, Brookside Country Club, and other local attractions. This is senior life lived to its fullest. This is independence redefined.

Assisted Living

Assisted living provides a redefined independence through assistance and services like medication management and housekeeping. Your wellness is supported through collaborative care partnerships, and our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Independent Living

Independent living is ideal for seniors who want to trade in the worries of home ownership for the true comforts of home. You'll have apartment options to suit your style and plenty of opportunities to socialize.

Memory Care

Alzheimer's and dementia can be challenging for everyone involved, causing you to feel a range of emotions or ask yourself questions like: What's going to happen to my loved one's health? But the more you know what to expect and how to prepare, the more it can make the journey feel less daunting.

You also don't have to go through this alone. If you do feel like you need outside assistance, memory care communities are a wonderful environment ideal for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. Your loved one would live in an apartment-like home with safety features, surrounded by their peers and nurturing staff members.

Skilled Nursing

Sometimes you need more than a few days in the hospital to recover from surgery or other medical events, but you also need more rehabilitation before you can head home. This is one of the most common reasons people come to a skilled nursing facility: because they need a little extra time to get back on their feet.

Perhaps you had joint replacement surgery or experienced a stroke, and now you need physical therapy before you can get back to life as usual. Or maybe you are facing chronic conditions, and you could benefit from round-the-clock care. No matter what kind of care you need, skilled nursing provides you with the advanced medical resources you need in an environment that feels like home.

Live a more lovely life

Discovering your best senior life requires more than a stunningly pretty building and carefully coiffed landscape (but we have those things, too). The real secret to living a more lovely life is having a community full of friends to share it with. Your pickup bridge game is really just an excuse to get the gang together. Strength training and yoga class is where you meet your favorite fit friends. And your Wii bowling league is your chance to stick it to your new favorite bowling buddies. Choose our community to make your new home a sweet home, and you’ll find a life filled with things to do, and vibrant seniors just like you to share them with.

Make our house your home

From move-in day, when you’re setting up your favorite family photos, and making our place your own space, we think you’ll feel at home. Whether you’re strolling through our landscaped grounds and garden, meeting friends for walks in our courtyard, or even pulling weeds in our greenhouse, you’ll find plenty of ways to have fun in the sun. Or, in the winter months, our indoor pool and hot tub will keep you warm. Building your life here in the perfect mix of great space and great ways to use it.

Brookdale is a wonderful facility that treats my parents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and comfortable. My parents feel safe and cared for by the attentive staff. As their son, I feel comfortable that my parents needs are being met.

I have had wonderful health improvements by enjoying the aquatic exercise classes at the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Live entertainment every Friday is wonderful. It’s a real pleasure getting to know my neighbors and everyone is very caring. A close knit community.

If you are needing a nursing/medical care facility please do a thorough research of this facility. The facility management team at Trillium Crossing has a lack of communication, lack of follow up with concerns. You are just a number there, no real feel of care or concern for the resident. You must go daily to be an advocate for your family or friend who lives there to see they are receiving the care that is needed. Make and leave instructions for what should be done and hope that it is. Overall I do not recommend Trillium Crossing for a person needing nursing/medical care.
