I recently assisted with conducting a brief safety course for the residents of this community. The goal was to bring awareness of potential safety hazards both tangible and web based. Several key points were covered by myself and staff to make the community more cognizant to the potential dangers they may face during their daily activities. The community was very receptive to the information provided. The staff did an excellent job of providing the community with an opportunity to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Katie, Tina, and Danielle are kindest people! They go above and beyond in ways both big and small, and they do it consistently. They pay attention, they follow through, and they genuinely advocate for the people who live there. Brightview Perry Hall staff really do care about their residents, not to mention it’s a beautiful community!

My parents moved to Brightview Perry Hall a year and a half ago, and we truly could not be happier with their new home. From the very beginning, the experience has been positive. The sales team was incredibly helpful and patient as we explored our options, and that same level of care has continued with the management and all of the staff that we have encountered at Brightview Perry Hall. In December, my father passed away, and during such a difficult time, the level of support and compassion shown to my mother, and to our entire family, was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she felt cared for, supported, and surrounded by kindness. We are so grateful to have found a community that not only provides excellent service but truly cares about its residents.

Because of the extraordinarily friendly, communicative and warm staff at Brightview Perry Hall, my mom had an easier transition than we could’ve ever dreamed or imagined! Her life of loneliness ended immediately upon her move to Brightview and she participates in just about every activity they offer (even though she had said she wasn’t going to make friends or participate in anything when she moved!) She has found a small group of compatible friends and that has made her feel very secure, contented and welcomed. Her apartment is beautiful and impeccably clean, thanks to a caring and personable housekeeping staff. The directors stay in close contact with the residents and their families, and are very transparent regarding any issues, particularly during this period of Covid, which is very reassuring. It’s wonderful to walk down the halls of Brightview and hear the staff greeting each resident by name. The move to Brightview Perry Hall has brought us peace of mind and every time I see my mom, I find so much contentment, knowing her desperately lonely days are gone. She’s living again!

Thank you for the excellent care of our family member for 10 years. We have only wonderful things to say about everyone that they and we came in contact with. They always answered our calls in a timely matter. Everyone knew our family members name. They were always treated with care and dignity from the nurses, aids and dining staff. We are grateful for all of the support, especially in the last few months.
