My husband has been living in Assisted Living at Brightview Towson for almost 4 years. The one major complaint I have with this facility is that the entire building has had a serious rodent problem (mice) virtually the entire time he had been living there. Last night he had a family of mice in his room<br>At least one of the reasons this is happening is because the couple in the unit next to him constantly have open containers of exposed food everywhere and the administration has failed to prevent them from doing this,<br>The Orkin Pest Removal man is there multiple times a week. The facility knows how badly this looks so they ask him to park on the street instead of the parking lot because they obviously don’t want the major mouse issue a matter of general public knowledge.<br>I would hope that by now someone has notified the Baltimore County Health Department so that this disgusting situation is being monitored.

My siblings and I are so grateful for the excellent care that our father receives at BrightView Towson. The staff in all areas are so professional, kind, positive, and compassionate. Also the opportunities for a variety of social interactions are so important to him. Thank you.

Tonight was the Thanksgiving Family dinner, and my son and I joined my father for dinner. We had a wonderful time, and it meant the world to my dad to have us there for a meal with him (and the food was fantastic, too!)
