It has been an amazing experience with Family Ties. The facility is a wonderful assisted living community that truly cares about its residents. Shelly and all the staff are compassionate, professional, and attentive to each resident’s needs. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment where residents feel safe and respected. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy assisted living community for their loved one.

My husband, Kirk moved into Brightview memory care in January 2024 and he passed away in November 2025 of frontotemporal dementia, Brightview facility and the staff had indeed become a dear home away from home for Kirk. Kirk was so well loved and care for by the most compassionate staff of Brightview ; every one of them from all three shifts. He loved his new home such that i had to stop trying to take him outside of the facility for change of scenery. I did not realize that instead of improving the quality of life for him, I in fact was doing the opposite. He loved to stay put in his new home and friends. Not only Brightview offers the services of the best compassionate staff, their facility gives us a sense of home in a luxury of a five star hotel. Kirk’s room always and I repeat always smell of clean and flowery fragrance. No Nene of the smell of urine ever in the air. I appreciate Brightview so much that i have chosen Brightview Dulles Corner to be my next home away from home when the time comes. Nga

We have been very impressed with BV Dulles Corner in terms of the quality of the facility, level of care and the excellent staff. Rehana Majeed has been particularly helpful; responds quickly to anything that comes up and is always available to for support. Brightview is also pet friendly and our dog Charlie loves visiting and meeting all of his friends in the facility.

I recently visited Brightview Assisted Living for a tour, and I was very impressed from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions. The community felt comfortable, clean, and inviting! You can really tell they care about the residents. During my visit, I also had the chance to enjoy a meal, and it was excellent! The food was flavorful, well prepared, and showed how much attention they put into residents dining experience. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you’re considering assisted living options.

I have been around a lot of independent living and assisted living facilities, and I can say, without a doubt this facility is by far the best. In certain parts of the facilities, it almost feels like a luxury hotel with views comparable to living the high-rise in Chicago. Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to be around. The room sizes are on par if not better, then, one or two bedroom apartments you would find in a residential building in the city. Residence are offered significant level of independence And given plenty of leisure time activities to keep everyone engaged. It was great to see the residence themselves, smiling, because I have been to other facilities in the past, and it was evident that Resident were not happy in them. We got to have dinner, which was not prepared exclusively for us, but for all the residents and if I have a choice between going to a high end restaurant , I definitely think I would choose to come here instead lol I had the beef tenderloin with Waldorf salad and it’s not hyperbole to say it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The facility seems to have struck a perfect balance between cozy feeling of home and 5 star luxury hotels. I really do appreciate the staff, taking their time to take us on the tour and not feeling rushed. I spoke with some of the residents who have lived here since the beginning, and commented on how the facility is only getting better through the efforts of their new Executive Director and her team. I feel like this is truly a top-of-the-line, independent living facility, and to be honest, I am a little jealous that I don’t get to live there, but maybe in the future Lol I have attached some of the pictures from our tour and they compliment the review well in my opinion. In short, highly recommended, and worth every penny.
