If I could give - stars I would!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE company to work for. TERRIBLE communication's. Worked for a great family, who ALSO couldn’t stand BrightStar. No one in the office has ANY idea what the hell they are doing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I recommend using Amada Senior care. Fantastic service, great workers, and an amazing office. Don’t waste your time here

I contacted several agencies as well as countless private caregivers before trying and settling in with Brightstar and owner Garrett Ford. From the beginning Garrett met with us, listened to our needs, and helped to provide a quality caregiver. Our caregiver would become someone we could rely on and trust with such personal care in our home, and become one of our family essentially. We were blessed to have found Brightstar.
