I was at Bloomsbury for only three weeks to rehab from an arm injury. I cannot imagine a nicer place for in-patient physical therapy. It is a new facility with clean, spacious rooms (now with cable tv), excellent food and meds brought to you on schedule, plus a friendly staff, with whom I made a few real friends that I already miss. Maybe I can shatter another bone to go back there. Just kidding, but I strongly recommend Bloomsbury at Hayes Barton if you ever find it as one of your options.

My mother recently spent a few nights at this brand-new skilled nursing facility, and we couldn't have been happier with the care she received. Everyone we encountered was friendly, caring, and professional. The social worker was incredibly helpful during a stressful time, and the nurses took great care of my mom and made sure she was comfortable. The OT and PT teams were also outstanding and did a wonderful job working with her. Most importantly, my mother felt safe, cared for, and supported. As her family, it gave us tremendous peace of mind to know she was in such good hands and that we didn't have to worry about her while she was there. We are very grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this facility.

My dad spent about 5 weeks in the skilled nursing rehab unit at Bloomsbury after a mild stroke. Could not have asked for anything better, from the facility itself to, most importantly, the various staff members, from nursing to rehab to arranging post-discharge aftercare. Shout out to the cleaning and dietary staff as well and also the front desk, everyone is professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. Staff was always available to answer any questions we had (and give us pointers on things we didn't think to ask about). I would give more than 5 stars if I could, if you or your family member finds yourself in need of this type of facility and care, you will not find a better place than this, I looked at several others, nothing else was close to Bloomsbury.

My mom moved in the the assisted living facility when it opened in June 2025. Her room and the overall accommodations are very nice. The direct care staff are friendly and provide excellent care. Food is also very good. Our biggest problem as been multiple price increases including a level of care re-assessment after 30 days which increased monthly cost by nearly $2000. This was after a thorough assessment prior to moving in. In addition, the facility has increased my mom's rates on both level of care and base rate after the new year, resulting in an additional $2000/mo. I understand costs associated with caring for our loved ones, but had we known that our "rent" would increase by $4000/ mo in just 6 months, we would have certainly looked at alternative options. I feel they were not completely open and honest with us prior to agreeing to move in.
