After my dad's hospitalization, we weren't sure what to expect from in-home care and his recovery. What we got with Comfort Keepers was so much more than we hoped for. Our aide Linda was exceptional. She didn't just show up and check boxes; she genuinely invested in my dad's recovery and became a quiet support for our whole family during a really stressful time. She cared for him like family and somehow kept the rest of us calm too. When we first spoke with Comfort Keepers of Cary (Fathema the CEO,) they told us they would take full responsibility for his recovery. They meant it. Linda embodied that promise every single day she was with us. You don't always hear that kind of commitment upfront, and you definitely don't always see it followed through. Linda made it real. If your family is navigating a loved one's recovery and you want someone who actually shows up, heart and all, I can't recommend Comfort Keepers enough. Truly grateful for this team.

We are deeply grateful for the care and support Comfort Keepers gave to our parents over the last 3 months. Initially, they were hired to help our Mom after she was hospitalized and wanted to be home on palliative care. After she passed away, the care pivoted to our Father who has dementia and cannot manage his daily household care. We live in Oregon and our parents were in North Carolina. Amy, Jennifer, Deborah, Kataya, Serita, and Lanie handled the shifts while we made plans to move Dad. They were professional, trustworthy, caring, and dependable. Never missed a shift and provided good communication to us regarding Mom and Dad's status. Additionally, the scheduler, nursing, and administration provided excellent communication throughout. They were a lifeline during a very challenging time. Highly recommend the Comfort Keepers of Raleigh, NC.

I absolutely love working for Comfort Keepers! I’ve been part of the team for almost a year and have enjoyed every second. The team is incredibly compassionate, supportive, and truly dedicated to both our clients and caregivers. It’s so rewarding to build relationships with families and know we’re making a positive difference in their daily lives. This is more than just a job to me and I truly love what we do. From day 1 everyone at Comfort Keepers went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experience for my mom. Allison was my mother's care giver and she was the absolute best! I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She and all the staff of Comfort Keepers made a difficult situation so much better.

I would like to recommend Lorraine T as a caregiver to anyone looking for a wonderful helper from Comfort Keepers. I could do without many things in my life, but not Lorraine as my helper. There is nothing she does that doesn’t make my life easier. She always goes beyond what makes my life easier. She is caring, helpful, and has a wonderful spirit. Anyone would be lucky to have her to help them. I cannot say enough about her.
