My dad has been using Comfort Keepers for about a year now. They are incredible! They take him shopping, go with him to doctors appointments, go on walks etc. My father went to the hospital and they visited him and spent time with him there! I live out of town, and it is great to know that my father is in good hands when I am not there. They treat my dad is if he is a member of their own family!

Wonderful company. I have used their home healthcare services in two different states and have had wonderful experiences throughout. Go above and beyond to ensure that I am being well taken care of. Always willing to help me if I need a temporary schedule adjustment . My current aide, Ms. Audrey, is the perfect fit for me. Knows immediately the items I need assistance with as soon as she walks through the door. My dog follows her around until she grabs her leash and knows it’s her turn to go out for a walk. Ms. Audrey is a perfect fit for me.

I want to share how much I appreciate Patricia who sets up the schedule for Comfort Keepers but she does so much more. Every time I am worried about something having to do with my mom and her care, I give her a call and she reassures me. This is a difficult time for families when their loved one can no longer take care of themselves. Families, like mine, worry a lot. Patricia is reassuring, confident and puts me at ease every time I talk or text with her. She is an amazing employee.

I have had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers. They were really easy to sign up with. I was able to review and was assured all the items I would need assistance with would be no problem. Including giving my dog a walk. I think if she had opposable thumbs she would be writing her own review. :) Anytime I have had any small concern (rarely), I have been able to reach right out to original person I signed up with and we have worked it out together. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Home Health Care.

Comfort Keepers offered a great service when my mother required in home care. The staff and management was a great go to resource on managing a senior transition. They provided a consistent high level of service and attention to detail in both a prompt and efficient manner. I would highly recommend without reservation.
