Scrolling through the reviews of others Im surprised. My sister was there since Monday not even 24hrs and she knew things were not going to go smoothly ,No walker available for her the Facility knew she was on her way and were not prepared someone did go on Saturday to confirm her stay is in Gym attire. Bad sign there. Let me back up a bit ,sorry warning it is going to be a long post ...she had knee surgery on Wednesday at a near by Hospital and was sent to this Facility by her Insurance because she needed to have a specific antibiotic that requires it to be given through a PIC in her arm which requires training someone at home plus her Insurance won't cover it all no way for her to pay out of pocket .Our mother is 88yrs old and her husband is an Army Vet with health problems himself. Her only opt was this place.. So she did talk to someone today Tuesday thwy tried to convince her to stay ... no pains meds no cancer meds REALLY,or other meds needs instructed by her Infectious Disease Dr since leaving the hospital. And yes it's true no one was able to assist her to the restroom.sahe can walk with assistance but she was labeled FALL RISK so whe didn't get up in fear of falling So she had accident in bed wouldn't commen sence be take the paciente before this occurred making your job "Nusre "easier She can hear the nurse staff walk back and for laughing and not looking in in the pacientes .. Long story short she signed herself Out and she wasn't the one who did that ,the lady next to her did the same thing ..Ok rant over she is finally home ..
DON'T BRING YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS FACILITY, IF YOUR ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE PACIENTES WITH CARE AND RESPECT OR ARE UNSTAFFED CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND AVOID BEING SUED .TO THE ADDMINISTRACION AND STAFF THINK WOULD YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO RECIVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE !!!
Go had head and criticize any spelling mistakes lol I won't be affected
