Families frequently praise the cleanliness and hospital-like atmosphere of the facility. One family wrote that the staff were "always kind, compassionate, and attentive." Families also highlight clear communication and organized operations, with admission and coordination noted as smooth and professional.

Concerns appear in a small number of reviews. One family reported care gaps including infrequent personal hygiene assistance and wound development due to extended periods without changing.
