I would like to recognize Pat, who works in the laundry department at Pebble Creek Nursing Home in El Paso. While many people may not see all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, Pat plays a huge role in the daily lives of the residents. With so many residents to care for, she does an incredible job making sure clothing and personal items are cleaned, organized, and returned properly. Whenever my aunt's belongings have gone missing, Pat has always been willing to help. She has allowed my mom, who visits regularly, to look through the laundry room for items and has even taken the time to search for them herself. Pat treats residents' belongings with care and respect, and her dedication does not go unnoticed by our family. She is hardworking, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Employees like Pat are a big part of what makes a nursing home feel caring and supportive. She truly deserves recognition for everything she does. I also hope the leadership team recognizes just how valuable Pat is to both the residents and their families. Her hard work, reliability, and kindness make a difference every day, and she deserves meaningful credit and appreciation for the important role she plays at the facility. Thank you, Pat!!!
