At first everything was good with the care provider but then she started to show up late everyday. My care provider was always on her phone when she was at my place. She ended up stealing money from me. In the end she ended up lying to me and the agency and then quit. If I could I would give this agency a zero

Been with/using for my mother CARE for many years now. I have not experienced any situations with any of their departments or staff. Always courteous, knowledgeable and return our calls timely when needed. Now with COVID 19, they pass out masks, hand sanitizer and gloves. Overall, happy with their services. Recommend ;)

Both my parents are clients with this agency. The services they provide have been great! Any issues or questions my parents have had the supervisor is ready to help out. It is great comfort to our family to know our parents are being taken care of.

They don't care about the providers or the clients. They don't take care of the problem they get ride of clients so they don't have to solve anything. They never answer the phones and they take a long time to call back to the clients. And I asked to speak to the owner Irene and she never returned my call. They are letting me go from the company and never called to say anything. They said that she busy.
