No lleven a a sus Familiares mientras eres nuevo residente todo muy bien pero conforme pasan los días todo empeora no los bañan no les ayudan a comer les dejan el pañal por mas de 6 horas si no vas y estas al pendiente de ellos menos los atienden no cuidan su aspecto personal les vale, piden ayuda y los ignoran tanto de dia como de noche nisiquiera les dan vueltas como ellos dicen que cada dos horas tan siquiera para saber si estan vivos,les pierden su ropa y cosas personales hablas con la administradora y trabajadora social y solo te dicen que lo van a resolver pero no hacen nada no contestan llamadas, no programan citas medicas se les meten residentes a los cuartos de otros y ellos ni cuenta los cambian de cuarto sin tansiquiera avisar ala familia no tienen suficiente personal para la cantidad de pacientes que atienden en fin me llevé la peor experiencia definitivamente si quieren a su familiar hay no es el lugar edecuado no lo hagan nunca & tengo videos y fotos de todo lo que aqui estoy mencionando por si se atreven a querer desmentirme. Las únicas Personas que no se les olvida que son humanos los que atienden son la Señorita Mayra de actividades que hace mas amena su estancia hay ,Irene ahora jefa de enfermeras, una enfermera que nose como se llama pero esta en la area de tiempo completo turno de la mañana de pelo chino & la Srita Katty CNA que yo diría que la mejor sin duda alguna<br>mientras estuvo al cuidado de ella mi mamá siempre estuvo de la mejor manera la quitaron y fue lo peor que le pudo pasar a mi mama.

Fue una decepción ese lugar, solo algunas enfermeras tienen vocación. Mi suegro estuvo ahí y al principio estuvo bien atendido, pero después lo descuidaron al grado que dos veces se les cayó y duraba tiempo tirado sin ayuda, no lo aseaban y la limpieza del cuarto muy mala, decidimos cambiarlo de lugar y poco antes de cambiarlo le agarraron una bolsa que el tenía en su closed con ropa nueva y un dinero, la administración no respondió sobre quien tuvo el atrevimiento de agarrar sus pertenencias, muy mala administración en ese lugar, la directora no da la cara, no lo recomiendo para nada, fue una decepción !
