My mom has received nothing but the best care at this facility from everyone. Special thanks to erica and joana nurses. My mom is absolutely in love with the two of you and the care that you provide. She “dislikes your days off” 🤣 recommend to everyone!

My mom is under their care right now for rehabilitation, they are the best. The whole staff from the front office, doctors, therapists, etc they give it their all to these elderly people or patients. I have to give them credit for that line of work. They are very attentive & very courteous with the patients. I'm so glad my brother found this place close to their house. The place is very clean, smell fresh & 👌. I highly recommended this place for your love ones if they need rehabs & other services.

There are several issues with this facility. First, the caregivers are rude and do not provide adequate care for the elderly patients. Next, the caregivers are dishonest. Several of items were missing from my relatives room and the night crew blamed the morning crew and the morning crew blamed the night crew, needless to say none of the items were recovered. The nurses gave my relative medication that they were allergic to and it was noted that they were allergic to it, but they carelessly gave the meds anyway. The patients always look drugged and drowsy. They do not share information with family and I feel it's because they are all so dishonest. Please do not place your loved ones at this facility.

Edgemere Estates is such a wonderful place for Senior living. It feels home and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Staff is amazing everyone genuinely cares about the residents well being. The times we have volunteered with our non-profit organization we have witnessed first hand the level of love and patience that is extended to the residents. One of their employees Mayra Bransah truly goes above and beyond with resident meals, extra curricular activities and overall resident satisfaction. There is truly a genuine sense of care that is felt and extended when anyone enters. Highly recommend. Respectfully, Julianna Esparza
