Buyer Beware! My partner checked in for rigorous PT/OT. After 3 days his therapy had not begun. He text me to come pick him up. When I arrived there was blood on his T-shirt and two pillows. His mouth was bleeding. No one assisted him. He said patients scream all night for help and they have roaches! I saw a review that said the same thing but I hoped they had an exterminator by now. I even overheard two employees discussing if there was a roach in the hallway. I toured the facility and everyone was nice; however, I gradually noticed patients abandoned in wheelchairs. One gentleman told me he wanted to go to bed I told the nurse, when I came back he was still in the same spot. Another gentleman was in a bed at the nurses station in his underwear. There was some kind of IV with a pillow case over it. I’m sure his family and/or loved ones would not approve. On two occasions, I asked the nurses for assistance. One time they were preoccupied in a personal conversations about their licenses. I explained what I needed and that I was advised to check all his items in. They said that wasn’t correct and proceeded with their conversation. I also toured the location on 15th and was greeted with the smell of urine and there AC wasn’t working in the front - keep in mind this is Florida. The patients are desolate. The State of Florida should revoke your license! This should is inhumane and should be criminal.

They never answer the light requesting help. I have had to wait tonight over an hour to get my anxiety med. Finally an aid came in and said she would check and never returned. Here I am having an anxiety attack and they really do not care. This is hell on earth. Hopefully God will get me through this horrible hellish experience. Pray for me.

My nephew waa placed at Aviata late in the afternoon, not even 2 hours later he called and asked me to get him out there. First he and his attending physicians were lied to about being able to go there and get wound care, being transported to his dialysis. He'd had a procedure on his foot that is fairly new so the Dr that did the surgery would need to be the one to do his post op care. Once he got there not only were his doctors not allowed to go on and treat him
