Filthy, windows boarded up according to a staff member, which is a fire hazard. No MC unit per say even though it is supposed to have one. Flies in my loved ones room constantly. Not much communication, although I get messages from my loved that he has fallen. You are supposed to be contacted by the facility when there is a fall. Working on them being transferred closer to me!!!

Overall, Autumnwood is a great nursing home. The staff is very caring and friendly and goes above and beyond. As of recently is under new ownership and has only been getting better since. They are always doing nice things for staff and residents. For Easter they had a staff member dressed in a bunny costume go around the facility and visiting residents. They went around the community inviting families to come to the Easter Egg hunt they hosted and the kids got to color, play and win Easter baskets, cotton candy and a bag filled with eggs full of candy. I would highly recommend Autumnwood to anyone looking for a loving, cozy place to have a loved one cared for. Thank you Autumnwood staff for being great!

The Nursing staff and CNA’s are the very best! They’ve been extremely attentive to a close family member who was admitted for rehab and care while waiting for improvements for surgery. Everyone from his dietician to his physical therapist have been awesome!

Autumn Wood has compassionate caring stuff who are focused on ensuring a quality of life for each individual patient meeting their needs. The leadership at autumnwood has my admiration. Healthcare in this day and age is very difficult to manage day to day with everything that changes on a constant basis. This leadership team though answers calls and immediately attempts to resolve any issues that may be brought forward. I have nothing but good things to say about autumnwood.

Autumn wood has patient focused care. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure safety an quality of care. In this current healthcare crisis the strong leadership stands out. I can always go to them with concerns an they are quickly addressed!!
