My father was here for almost a week for rehab. He had the ABSOLUTE WORST CARE! He called me at 3:30am to come and help him because no aide or nurse would come. He got himself up and to the bathroom, which he was not suppose to do. The Director of nursing DID NOT want to hear what we had to say about the care of my father, she actually said she wasn’t going to talk about staffing with me.
