The facility comes highly rated which confuses me. My mom was there and the care she received was very poor. While a few of the care givers seemed to know what they were doing most seemed to not like their job. My mom was even somewhat afraid of one of them saying she was rough with her. My mom was left in one spot to long during her stay causing several bed sores. She also had surgery and the area was not properly cleaned causing infection. She was also left in a soiled diaper many times. The staff would say she will need to wait because they were busy. She was put on a soft food diet per Dr orders and yet they continued to bring thick food like bread, chicken sandwiches and waffles. So many other concerns. Needless to say she developed pneumonia and was transported to the hospital. If this place is highly recommend I highly recommend you look into home care if you love your family member

Wow! What a phenomenal team. Especially impressed with Sharon Oliver and Karen, the nurse on our hall. (They rotate) But everyone we’ve met so far is incredible. Definitely 5 stars like on Medicare.gov. Nobody is perfect but they seem to work hard at it everyday. Glad my mom is there.
