I cannot recommend Autumn Trace enough for anyone seeking a caring and supportive assisted living facility in Connersville. My elderly grandmother lived there and now my parents as my father recuperates from an accident. We love the family-like atmosphere that Carol has created. They treat everyone with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It’s clear that they truly care about the well-being of the residents, while respecting their independence. The facility itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Residents can enjoy activities with Lisa, like shopping, games, cooking, art, movies, and more. Meals can be eaten together or in residents room. There are many common spaces for everyone to use, and I especially love the outdoor seating areas. They have created a comfortable environment for adults needing just a bit of help, whether long term, like my elderly grandmother, or short term like my dad following hip surgery. Living in a small town, finding a place like this is such a gift—Autumn Trace is a true gem for families in need of quality assisted living care. I have complete peace of mind knowing my family is safe, happy, and thriving here. If you’re searching for a place where your family will be treated like their own, I wholeheartedly recommend Autumn Trace.

If I could give Autumn Trace six stars, I would. When I was told, "He's part of our family." I was skeptical. That's what every place says. But, my Dad spent the last year of his life here, and it wasn't lip service. I could tell that Carol and her crew made him part of their family, and by doing that, we became part of theirs. The facility is new, roomy, clean, and safe. The food is good (I've had it), and the care was excellent. Best of all, he was able to have his beloved dog with him. His last days in hospice were peaceful, and neither he nor us wanted for anything. The staff and residents at Autumn Trace are a rare blessing. Thank you! --The Crawford Family

Took a tour of Autumn Trace in Connersville it. Is a beautiful facility and it feels just like home. Also the price was less than other communities that are not as nice. Check it out You won’t be disappointed!
