I own a wheelchair transportation business and I am in and out of most of the Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area, and Majestic takes great care of their residents. I ask most of my customers about how their care is, and everyone i have taken from Majestic has said that they do a great job.

At the last minute, I needed to arrange a place for my Mom, who has demntia, for respite. Ashley worked diligently to make a 7-10 day acceptance happen in only four. She was amazing! My Mom had never stayed in a facility before and it was hard on both of us to be separated. Ashley sent me daily texts all weekend, eventhough she wasn't working herself. One day she even sent a picture and my Mom was actually smiling and enjoying herself. When I arrived to take her home, Mom was happy to see me, but to my great surprise she had been very social and had made many new friends! She told me and everyone that they had fed her, clothed her and taken good care of her while she was there!! I could see for myself she was telling the truth! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs a special place for their loved one! A place that truly cares about their patients!!!!
