I’m not one to leave reviews unless it’s important to me. If you’re considering this place, make sure your family or whoever goes here has an incredibly‼️low maintenance‼️situation. This place doesn’t really have the nurse staffing to handle those who would need constant attention or timely scheduled medication, food, etc. I believe we were told there are 2-3 hour windows for tasks to be completed. This is especially tough if there’s a pain management plan going on or a complex health issue. Avoid if you can or make sure it’s low maintenance.

My grandma is here for rehab and had a fall. When they brought her to the emergency room after her fall she was found to have had her colostomy bag completely neglected and infected.

This place is awful, my grandma has been receiving terrible care. Basic care is not being done, she has developed an infection due to their incompetence and negligence, and her medications have consistently been given late too. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

During my fathers stay at Chapelview's TCU, he recieved excellent care. PT/OT staff were excellent, and nurses and aides were as well. One aide in particular, Aaron, clearly has a love for his profession. He constantly went above and beyond for my father. I would visit frequently, and Aaron always made sure to greet me with a "There he is!". He is the standard to which all aides should be compared to. If you are looking at reviews to determine where to send your loved one after their sickness/injury, look no further than Chapelview.
