Our experience was stellar! Elizabeth was patient and kind, carefully explaining all pertinent details about the CPAP therapy prescribed for me using a Resumed Airsense 11 and an appropriate comfortable mask. We really appreciate how thorough and humorous she was, putting us at ease! From the front desk receptionist/scheduler to the walk out, it was a pleasant 1 hour!

This was my first experience with this service through Atrium. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to spend as much time as I needed to ensure I would be able to operate the new equipment once I got home. Overall, a positive experience.
