I recently moved my mother into Atria Canyon Creek. Although the rooms are spacious and the staff is exceptionally friendly, I have experienced a lot of difficulty getting answers during the moving process. Often being told politely that is someone else’s responsibility. We have also had difficulty with residents stealing from us while moving. Unfortunately, I feel like the company’s helpful nature fell by the wayside as soon as the lease was signed.

My mother moved in the fall of 2024. When she decided to move from Houston, we looked at several places. After visiting Atria, she knew this was the place she wanted to be. She has enjoyed the staff and the activities with the other residents. There was an issue with the dining room for a short time, but management address the issue and made the necessary corrective actions. The staff really does care and listens to the residents. She is very happy here.
