A water main broke yesterday and management's response was incredibly fast. From supplying bottled water to communication of every step being taken to restore water to apts, they were right on top of things. Kudos for communication and quick response in getting repair persons on-site!

I change my review to a 5 stars after learned that awful awful manager (tearance) is finally G O N E ! please keep the same office staff, they are so wonderful so helpful.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br><br>Original review:<br>yet another new property manager . . tearence? pray he dont stay long . no respect for the elderly. seen him ignore upset resident umtil she give up an leave .smiling an laughing after she left?.where is the respect these days ? cannot be bothered to listen to a few old ladies? may be dont “ manage “ at a senior community ! ha! other workers always so lovely. office so kind.they listen to us may be even when they dont want to!. maintenance doing the best work. cleaners wonderful an always smiling .

We love it here! My sister and I moved in 3 months ago and it has been a godsend to us, the other residents are so nice, so helpful. This place has 450 residents and you would never know it ,it is so peaceful and quiet. There is so much to do, trips grocery shopping, festivals, museums .The staff in the office,the housekeeping and the maintenance people, everyone is so nice , helpful, they go above and beyond to help. Large bathroom and kitchen, discount electric service, so many perks, you find out more all the time. I would recommend it.
