Great company. Up front and honest pricing. Good communication. After my 74 year old mother in law had some health issues, we were not sure how her rehab would progress. With this service we were able to have her stay at home with my wife and I. We both work full time. This service gave us the confidence and security to know that her basic needs and wants could be met while we maintained working full time. The caregiver communicates with is and is kind and patient with my mother in law.

Home Instead went above and beyond our expectations. They made the extra effort to understand my parents needs and then promptly found the care givers that best fit their schedule and needs. Home Instead honestly communicated clearly to us which made the entire process smooth. Also the staff was very available and responsive to our questions and easy to get ahold of. We would highly recommend Home Instead.
