I hired Synergy for my mom after surgery. There is no question that they were are best option! The caregivers were great. Synergy was so flexible as this was a short term assignment. They gained our trust and our business and we will use them next time as needed a short term or a long term resource. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I am a medical POA for a lady who has no family and Synergy has been a Godsend with helping me schedule competent caregivers for this client. The caregivers are caring and attentive, and advocate for her needs. The office staff has been ABOVE and BEYOND helpful when there have been last minute call outs with other companies also involved with her care. This is crucial since she has no family to fall back on and she is not able to do anything for herself. Sandra and Heather have been more than excellent with staffing her shifts and have found replacements on numerous occasions when she did not have a caregiver. This client desires to remain in her home for the extent of her life and this would not be possible without the help of Synergy. We have used other companies in the past and it was very stressful at times due to last minute call outs and schedule changes. When Synergy has had call outs they have usually been able to find a replacement quickly and there has been much less stress on me since we have been using this company. I highly recommend Synergy to care for the needs of your family and friends!

It has been great working with Synergy. They worked to find the right caregivers and make sure that my needs are met. The caregivers have been well trained and so helpful. The best part is that they work closely with my health insurance, I was actually referred to them by my insurance
