Deplorable conditions...the smell of urine and feces, the lack of visible care being provided while staff stand around at nursing stations, the look of disgust when asking the medical director for help..this is not a place you should ever consider taking anyone. No one should have to live like this.

This place is disgusting and completely messed up. Skilled Nurses 24/7 is a joke they have left my mom in her own mess every single night. She is suppose to be getting help to stand and walk when she presses the call button. Not left waiting for hours until family arrives to say something and help get her cleaned up. Do not come here or recommend anyone to come here if you are expecting actual care and rehabilitation.

My dad came the about 2 weeks ago. The staff was very accommodating at helping my dad with anything he needed. The staff are very friendly. They had a nice place for my dad and his friends to socialize and play cards and have a good time. His room was nice and clean. He was very happy with all the services he received. The food was good for him it helped in his recovery. On behalf of myself and my family we want thank you.

My mother spent her last 2 months, prior to passing away, at Avamere. The care she received was wonderful. Everyone from the nursing and care staff, billing department, and social work team went above and beyond in assisting both her and my sister and I at the end of her life. She was always clean, her room was always clean, her clothes were washed and changed often. We could not have asked for a better experience during an extremely difficult time. My family is extremely grateful for the care they showed to her and us both.

Medical staffs and nurses were very professional and caring with friendliness at all times. I took my mom there 2wks ago and we have a conference meeting with their staffs on the 2nd day of how they can best provide the best care and meet my mom needs . They explained all her meds before give it to her .....they gave a private room for my mother nice and clean.....but unfortunately mom end up at the hospital due to her low sodium. Very nice
