I absolutely love my place and my neighbors are very nice. So far it's been a very pleasant experience..I would also like to say that I believe we as the community of Larc at Burien, I would like to see our community have a Larc at Burien Advisor Group<br>We would reach out to our community and come up with ideas to help improve our community, help with trash, cleaning of the common area.. Help out our community to the best community in the world.<br>It will allow our community members to feel involved.....We live here around the clock when we see a wrong being committed I have a community representative that I can report it to and in turn that Rep can report it to the Leasing office and they will finalize the issue.....Love to see this work for the Larc at Burien

We moved in on Oct 2024 and thus far it’s not been too great!! The rain comes through breezeway and lands right in front of our door! We have gotten a squeeshy to get rid of all the standing water. This is a 55+ community and they can’t figure out a way to help us with this problem! My husband is 73 and doesn’t work for this place but everytime it rains he’s the one having to deal with this so we can just come out our front door!<br>No one really seems to care about the problem whatsoever.. We are not on any assistance for housing we pay FULL RENT TO THE TUNE OF 1900 dollars a month and this is not ok!<br>Stay away from this place…….
