My mother-in-law had taken several falls and was unable to live alone so we moved her into Array house in October. We were so pleased with the attention and care she was given. Brandon and his staff go way above and beyond and they really genuinely care about their residents. They also communicate often with us and kept us informed on her health. Not to mention it is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend them.

When it became time to find an assisted living facility for both my parents, because of their failing physical and mental health, I was concerned. However when I first met Brandon and Gigi , my mind was put at ease instantly. I could not have found a better facility for my parents than Array Assisted Living. My parents are extremely happy there, they felt right at home from the beginning, they are receiving the most excellent care you can imagine. The owner's Riki , Gigi and Brandon are simply the most amazing people , they are caring , friendly knowledgeable and are always available to offer help with whatever my parents need. The rest of the staff are wonderful too. The home is beautiful and spacious, immaculate, kept incredibly clean and has a beautiful garden with covered patio where my parents can sit outside and enjoy the yard . The food is excellent, courtesy of Riki ,who does most of the cooking ,and is tailored to each individual need. I have peace of mind knowing my parents are safe ,cared for and are extremely happy.!! I can highly recommend Array Assisted Living to anyone who is looking , not only for an assisted living facility for a loved one ,but a real cozy home with people who are dedicating their lives to ensure your loved one will have the best experience in their last years of life. I am so happy I found them!!

We are so thankful we found Array Assisted Living in Thousand Oaks for our 97-year-old mother-in-law. This family-run facility, led by the Fermo family—Brandon (Administrator), Gigi (RN), and Ricky (Chef)—offers warm, professional, and attentive care. The home is newly renovated, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Everyone treats residents with compassion and respect. Our family has peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. Highly recommend Array Assisted Living to anyone looking for exceptional care in a loving environment.

A few months ago, we came to the decision that our husband/father needed more care than we could provide for him at home. That began our search for a local, licensed board and care that would both feel like home and be able to see to his daily needs. From the moment we walked in to Array Assisted Living in Thousand Oaks, we knew we had found what we were looking for. As we took our initial tour, we were instantly impressed with their operation as they stood far above the other facilities we visited. The home is clean and cheery with a lot of natural light, and the rooms are newly-decorated. There is a large backyard with a lovely sitting area and a very homelike atmosphere throughout the house. The staff is nothing short of amazing. They are all professional, organized, and clearly have the best interests of their residents at heart. They are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to providing a comfortable, safe, and loving environment. There is always someone available 24/7 to see to our loved one's needs, and we never have to worry as we know help is never more than a moment away. Read the separate review that Leslie M. left for Array, and know that we concur 100% with her sentiments. If there was such a thing as a 6-star review, we would leave one.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Array Assisted Living where my 96-year old father is currently residing. From the moment we first visited, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, care, and compassion. It’s not just a facility—it’s truly feels like a home. The entire staff here is absolutely exceptional. They are attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each resident and treat everyone with dignity and respect. My father frequently shares how impressed he is with how attentive the staff is to each person’s unique needs. It’s clear they are dedicated not only to his physical well-being but also to his emotional comfort and quality of life. A special thanks to Brandon, the co-owner and manager, who goes above and beyond every single day. His leadership sets the tone for the entire team. Brandon is compassionate, organized, and deeply committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for the residents. He takes time to listen to families, address any concerns, and ensure that every detail of care is thoughtfully handled. Knowing Brandon is at the helm gives our family immense peace of mind. Every time I visit, I’m reassured that my father is in the best possible hands. He is happy, well-cared for, and truly thriving. Our family is so grateful for the love and attention he receives here. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be respected, understood, and genuinely cared for, this is it.
