Mom has been there for 3 months and is now unrecognizable. Loss of weight is criminal. She falls almost every week and is left unattended. Place is bare minimum and staff is not helpful and do not know what they are doing. Been trying for months to get her moved and i am treated like a bother to the staff. NEVER return calls and have to constantly call to get a hold of anyone. Shut this place down

One year later My mother has never recovered from her stay here in disbelief this place is still open

Poor services I just came in to drop a package. I asked the lady in front where was OK to meet to drop off the package? She showed me where but I needed to take multiple pictures. She got upset. She took the package and threw it behind her desk. All mad about it like really this is the people you kinda hire here just sitting down on desk. Don’t wanna do anything but be on their phones.
