We are so grateful for the wonderful care my mom received at Arbor Terrace. The caregivers were kind, compassionate, attentive, and truly skilled. What meant so much to our family was that they didn’t just care for her—they took the time to sit with her, visit with her, and ensure she was always comfortable and happy.<br><br>The entire staff was exceptional. The reception team was always welcoming and helpful, housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the maintenance department was incredibly responsive and willing to assist whenever needed.<br><br>During my mom’s final days, the kindness and compassion shown to both her and our family meant more than we can express. It was clear how deeply the staff cared for her, and we will always be grateful for the comfort, dignity, and love they gave her.

Caring Staff that really cares. So many activities and outings to participate in. Colleen at the front desk is amazing. All of the Front Desk Staff are so professional and friendly. The Activities Staff are very engaging!

I want to add this more recent review because it is the team at Arbor Terrace that makes it enjoyable for my mother. I am very fond of several of the team members there because they care so much which goes way beyond the monthly amount and the areas that I wish they would get better at. The team there truly cares. I do wish they would get a care giver portal. We need that soon.<br><br>This was my first review: I wouldn’t recommend this establishment because there are others in the area that cost less, are more updated and have the integrated senior living software and portals that residents and caregivers expect in 2023. The location doesn’t offset the deficiencies at this property but they want feedback for awards. It doesn’t make sense at all.
