Moving my 95-year-old dad from Florida to Georgia so he could be closer to family was a big decision. Finding The Arbor at BridgeMill made it the right one. This community is rated among the best senior living options near us, and after having Dad here since April, I understand why. The Arbor has given both my dad and our family real peace of mind.<br><br>When Dad arrived, he had several medical issues that needed careful attention. The team managed those concerns with skill and compassion, and several have been successfully resolved thanks to the excellent medical services available in the Canton and Woodstock area and the coordinated care at The Arbor.<br><br>Leadership here is outstanding. Executive Director Brooke Figueras, Assistant Executive Director Alfred, Wellness Director Linda Lucas, LPN, and Director of Business Development Barbara Bonatucci have been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They know the residents and make families feel heard.<br><br>The caregivers and med techs are the heart of daily life. Joyce and Kayla administer medications and check on residents with patience and a smile. Caregivers Kim, Santerli, Jenna, and Gabbi are wonderful with Dad—they visit him, help him to the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and treat him with kindness and respect. Maxine, who mentors the caregiving team, sets a high standard that shows in the quality of care. Jojo, the staffing director, keeps the team strong and consistent.<br><br>Housekeeping and linen/laundry service have been excellent. Dad’s room is always clean and tidy. Front desk and concierge staff Marcia and Cynthia are friendly, welcoming, and careful about secure entrance and exit for residents and guests.<br><br>Dining feels like a fine restaurant and deserves a Michelin star. There is a daily menu with high-quality, tasty meals and plenty of food and drink options. Dane, Alex and all the other servers and kitchen staff help make mealtimes something Dad looks forward to.<br><br>The activity calendar is full: exercise programs, musical performances, the art room, game room, movie theater, and both indoor and outdoor pools. There is always something to do, and the community never feels idle.<br><br>We are so grateful we found The Arbor at BridgeMill. Dad is well cared for, engaged, and safe—and our family can finally breathe easier. Highly recommended.

We operate a home care company that provides some help to residents that live at the Arbor at BridgeMill community. All of the residents that we care at that community love living there because the team, from the ED to CNAs, care so much about their well being. Plus they have a ton of activities to keep the residents socially engaged. I highly recommend this community and their wonderful staff, especially Barbara Bonatucci!

My daughters chose Arbor independent living for me while I was in the hospital over 4 years ago. They made an excellent decision. I'm most happy about the quality of the staff here. They are all helpful and friendly. I'm amazed that they can remember all of our names. I'll mention one in partcular, Aspen, who is a server in the dining room. She works hard, is always on the go, and gets all of our orders right. (Even though we don't always remember what we ordered.) It's nice to have a young person (the right age to be our granddaugter) who is so helpful, cheerful, and always smiling.<br>---<br>7/24/2026. I've been here 5 years now and I'm still happy. I want to thank one of the employees here, Catherine, who is the lady who cleans my apartment. She's always good, and went above and beyond yesterday when I had higher than usual clutter in her way.

My experience as a resident of The Arbor at Bridge Mill for the past three plus years has been very positive. All the employees could not be more friendly or helpful. One employee in particular who has done work for me is Joel the handyman. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable about his work! I feel very confident about using his services in the future.<br>I would highly recommend the Arbor at BridgeMill for senior living residence.!

I cannot say enough good things about Arbors at bridge mill.<br>My mom recently suffered a bad fall and broke her femur, and the care and support she received from the team here has been nothing short of life-saving. I am incredibly grateful to everyone, but especially to Barbara. She stepped in and guided me through the entire process, helping me know exactly what questions and how to get my mom the immediate care she needed. Brooke the manager has also been absolutely amazing thru this very stressful time. Knowing my mom is in a community with such genuinely compassionate, proactive people gives me a peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
