We recently moved my FIL into Arbor Terrace and we could not be more happy with the service and the facility. Our move in coordinator Ja’Vohn Paul was absolutely fabulous! She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was a great first impression and she went out of her way to get answers to our questions. You could tell she really cared and it made this tough transition so easy.<br><br>The food here is absolutely amazing and Delores made our dining room experience top Knotch. She made us feel like family<br><br>Lois and Latisha were so helpful getting our dad settled in his room and helping us set up some items. They were kind and very friendly.<br><br>Makieu Davies - resident care director has been wonderful to work with. She met with our dad prior to his arrival and helped us navigate so many questions. She stopped by to make sure he was doing well on the first day. She has worked really closely with our family and we are grateful for her help and caring attitude.<br><br>We met so many people and everyone was caring, fun and kind. These transitions can be really tough, but the staff at Arbor Terrace made it so much easier. From the beginning when we met Jennifer Valiquett who was absolutely phenomenal, we knew we had found a place that would care for our loved ones and give us a peace of mind as if they were home. I know I probably forgot someone, but just know we are very grateful for everyone who has assisted us through this transition.

Fantastic facility, great layout and very open. Wonderful and passionate and caring staff and through the assessment and tour and move in process Jennifer Valiquett has been a tremendous help and support. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her job and the property. Ja'Vohn Paul has helped coordinate the process and transition extremely well alleviating a lot of the stress and worries of the transition moving into Arbor Terrace. Jennifer was in communication with us the entire time we were on the waiting list for a room to be available and her commitment to my mom and helping and communicating and caring for her during that process and that is 5 stars because it shows caring and compassion not just a pay check. She and the entire staff are absolutely excellent.
