After a fall with hip fracture and prolonged hospital/rehab stay, my 88 year old mom needed 24/7 care in her home. Prior to the fall, my mom had been living independently in her own home so it was very important to find the right caregivers. Several years ago we used a different, larger agency when my father needed care with very mixed results so I definitely knew I wanted to do my research this time and make sure I was comfortable not only with the caregivers but also the management of the agency! I interviewed several different agencies over the phone, but Help Home Care was the only agency that came out to meet my mother to better match her to the right caregivers. We are now several months in and have 4 amazing caregivers that rotate in 12 hour shifts to provided my mom wonderful care. I highly recommended Help Home Care for any level of care your loved one needs!

In early February my wife had major surgery and has been in and out of ER/ICU multiple times. When she came home it was obvious we needed some home health care, so I started researching companies that could provide this service. I came across Karim and Help Home Care, read the reviews, then scheduled a time to talk with him. He came to our home on a Sunday, and by the next day, he had someone placed for the assignment. Karim is very professional and compassionate and super easy to work with.<br><br>The level of care exceeded my expectations. By all accounts, he does his research and finds the best person to be assigned.<br><br>I would HIGHLY recommend Karim and his team should you need this find of service. They are amazing.
