I can't say enough good things about Home Helpers. My Mom was in the hospital and I had to arrange 24/7 home care very quickly and didn't know where to start. The hospital gave us some brochures with Home Helpers being the most recommended. I called them first and was comforted by Hilary immediately on the phone. Within hours she was meeting with me and my Mom in the hospital! Hilary had answers to every question and put my mind at ease. We expedited arrangements and came up with a plan. Within 1-2 days my Mom was discharged and Home Helpers was at the house to meet us to start caregiving. I was so relieved and very impressed. The caregivers were so sweet and kind to my Mom and to me. They provided the best of care, were attentive to my Mom and easy to communicate with. They were very friendly, respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my Mom's home. The entire team was wonderful. From Hilary, to the scheduler, clinical director, caregivers, etc....anyone I spoke to was there to help. We had a great experience from start to finish. I'm forever grateful for their help and support during such a sad and difficult time.

Home Helper’s Care is an amazing place to work for and the Owners Hilary and Greg are absolutely amazing. I came out of retirement to work for this company and I will retired from this company. Keep up the amazing job home helper’s.

We had a sudden need for 24/7 care and the team at Home Helpers Home Care jumped into action to make sure my mom had care until we could get to her. From the onboarding, to scheduling, to the caregivers…everything was presented and handled quickly, professionally, easily and with care and warmth. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. It’s obvious that leadership/ownership “gets it” and knows what it takes to build a complete team of excellent people who love what they do. Home Helpers has been a true blessing for our family. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they provided exceptional care and support for both of my parents. As my mother battled cancer, their team offered compassionate, professional, and respectful care that brought us tremendous peace of mind. They even guided us through the process of finding hospice care, which was invaluable during such an emotional time.<br><br>Since my mother’s passing, they’ve continued to care for my father, who has his own medical challenges and physical limitations. The caregiver currently working with him is simply wonderful — attentive, kind, and reliable.
