Living at one of our Applegate senior residential care homes will surprise you!  They are comfortable, luxurious, and very home-like in atmosphere.  Our residences are remodeled with the newest in conveniences and accessibility.  You'll find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, spacious outdoor spaces, and open floor plans.  We are licensed by the California Department of Social Services.  We offer different levels of supportive care to elderly individuals as needed within our homes.  Please contact us for more information.

Our assisted living residents will be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations.

•    24 hour care with love and compassion
•    Private and shared accommodations with climate control and private bathrooms
•    Assistance with daily needs including; bathing, grooming and feeding
•    Wellness update; we coordinate with the resident and/or family to discuss resident's needs.
•    Medication management
•    Full meal services and snacks
•    Laundry services
•    Coordinate with family to arrange appointments
•    Schedule social and recreational activities
•    Other  services may be provided at the request of the resident

Applegate is licensed by the California Department of Social Services (DSS) as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). An RCFE facility is often called "Assisted Living" or "Board and Care", we offer supportive care to elderly individuals, so that they are able to enjoy their life in a homely and comfortable environment.

Our renovated homes meet the required regulations for our residents:

•    6 Private Bedrooms
•    6 Bathrooms
•    A new Kitchen
•    Dinning Room
•    Living Room
•    An open backyard with patio set and vegetable garden.
•    And an array of fruit trees such as a pomegranate, apple, orange, lemon, plum and persimmon.
